Refund Policy

Our platform operates on a strict B2B auction basis. Please review our policies regarding refunds and cancellations carefully.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of international vehicle auctions and exports, all sales are considered final once a winning bid is confirmed. We do not offer standard refunds or "buyer's remorse" cancellations.

2. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may only be considered under the following extraordinary circumstances:

  • The vehicle was completely destroyed or severely damaged prior to shipping.
  • The vehicle cannot legally be exported due to sudden regulatory changes in the origin country.
  • A major discrepancy exists between the auction description and the actual vehicle that fundamentally alters its value (e.g., wrong VIN, flooded vehicle not disclosed).

3. Deposit Refunds

If you placed a security deposit to participate in auctions and have no outstanding balances or active bids, you may request a full refund of your deposit at any time. Deposit refunds typically process within 5-10 business days.

4. Disputing a Sale

All disputes must be filed within 48 hours of winning the auction. If the vehicle has already been loaded for export, the sale is strictly non-refundable.
