AMC Auction Export strictly adheres to all international trade laws and South Korean export regulations.

1. Authorized Exporter Status

We are a fully licensed and registered vehicle export company operating under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Korea. Our export licenses allow us to ship vehicles to over 150 countries worldwide.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

While we handle all outbound customs clearance from South Korea, the buyer is solely responsible for:

• Understanding the import regulations, age restrictions, and emission standards of the destination country.
• Paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and port fees upon arrival.
• Securing any necessary import licenses or permits required by their local government.

3. Documentation

Upon successful payment and export clearance, we will courier the original Bill of Lading (B/L), Export Certificate, Commercial Invoice, and any other required documentation directly to you.
