Registration & Account

Q.How do I become an approved buyer?

A.

To become an approved buyer, you must register your company details through our 'Apply for Buyer Account' page. Once submitted, our administration team will review your application. We may request a copy of your business license. Upon verification, your account will be approved for live bidding.

Q.Do I need to pay a deposit to bid?

A.

Yes, to ensure a secure and serious trading environment, a refundable security deposit is required before your bidding privileges are fully activated. The specific deposit amount varies depending on your region and target purchasing volume. Please contact your assigned sales manager for details.

Bidding & Purchasing

Q.What is the difference between 'Buy Now' and 'Live Auction'?

A.

'Buy Now' vehicles are available for immediate purchase at a fixed price. 'Live Auction' vehicles are open for competitive bidding until the auction timer expires. The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the vehicle.

Q.Can I cancel a bid or purchase?

A.

No. All bids and 'Buy Now' purchases are considered legally binding contracts. Please review all vehicle condition reports and photos carefully before placing a bid. Failure to pay for a won vehicle will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and account suspension.

Q.Are the vehicles inspected before sale?

A.

Yes, all vehicles undergo a rigorous inspection process by our certified mechanics. We provide detailed condition reports, including exterior/interior grades, accident history, and high-resolution photos for full transparency.

Payment & Shipping

Q.What are your accepted payment methods?

A.

We exclusively accept bank wire transfers (Telegraphic Transfer / TT) in US Dollars (USD). Payments must be sent directly to the official AMC International Co., Ltd. corporate bank account listed on your Proforma Invoice.

Q.Do you arrange shipping to my country?

A.

Yes, we handle all export customs clearance and arrange shipping from Korean ports to most major global ports. Our standard pricing is FOB (Free On Board), meaning you pay the ocean freight upon arrival. We can also provide CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) pricing upon request.

Q.When will I receive my export documents?

Once the vessel departs from Korea, the shipping line will issue the original Bill of Lading (B/L). We will then dispatch the B/L, Export Certificate, and Commercial Invoice to your registered address via DHL or FedEx courier.
